EU licence: driving licence + ID card or passport. No international driving permit (IDP) needed.
UK licence: passport + UK driving licence. No IDP needed.
Any other licence, including Israeli, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland: passport + driving licence + international driving permit (IDP). The rule goes by the country that issued your licence.
